Code/Rag is thrilled to embark on a new era, and we are excited to welcome our new owner: Hooli.

Hooli is a company that strives to make the world a better place through new technology, and Code/Rag is a publication that strives to make the world a better place through reporting on that technology. We share an eye for innovation and a passion for the future, so it only makes sense that we join forces.

While Hooli may now own this blog, we here at Code/Rag take ownership of our work. Gavin Belson has assured me personally that we can expect nothing but support from our new owner, and I’d like to assure our readers this change in ownership will in no way affect the quality or integrity of our journalism. It simply means we have limitless funds to chase down the story, boundless resources to analyze trends and guaranteed assurances that when you read Code/Rag, you’ll know your code.
